Renowned Restaurateur, Food Product Development Specialist, and the visionary behind the esteemed Kaavo Meat brand, Chef Kaviraj Thadani has carved an illustrious path in the hospitality realm. Fueled by an innate passion for daring culinary exploits and honed cooking techniques inherited from his gastronomy-inclined parents, he cultivated an enduring affinity for the rich tapestry of Asian flavors. Armed with a diploma in Hotel Management from Les Roches International School of Hotel Management in Switzerland, Chef Kaviraj honed his skills with hands-on tenure at the prestigious Leela Group of Hotels in India. In 2010, his gastronomic prowess took center stage with the inception of Cool Chef Café in Worli, Mumbai, where his culinary artistry dazzled the palate of discerning patrons. In 2013, Chef Kaviraj's collaboration with Fortune Gourmet Specialties unearthed a niche for specialized processed meats within India's gourmet food landscape. This pivotal realization spawned the birth of Kaavo Meat, swiftly establishing itself as a household name synonymous with artisanal, gourmet meat. The year 2020 witnessed Chef Kaviraj's unwavering dedication to hospitality excellence materialize as he introduced Seoulmate, a culinary ode to Korean cuisine through a delivery kitchen.
